Nestled in the stunning mountain landscape of the Diemtigtal Nature Park valley and situated right next to the Wiriehorn, this well-maintained and comfortable self-catering group accommodation for up to 60 people warmly welcomes its guests. Surrounded by nature, tranquillity and fresh mountain air, this is a place where arrival immediately becomes a chance to take a deep breath – ideal for shared experiences, focused work or relaxing breaks in the mountains.
The house offers plenty of space for socialising, relaxation and activities. Spacious, bright communal areas, well-thought-out facilities and a partially wheelchair-accessible design ensure that guests of all ages and with different needs feel at home. The combination of functionality, cosiness and alpine surroundings makes the group house a versatile venue for a wide variety of occasions.
Thanks to its flexible floor plan, the house is ideal for weddings, birthday and family celebrations, club and business outings, seminars, training and intensive courses, school trips and music camps, as well as sports and training camps. It also provides a suitable and easily accessible setting for holiday stays for families, older people or guests with disabilities. A well-developed infrastructure in the immediate vicinity perfectly complements what the house has to offer.

Two spacious lounge and dining areas, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, can accommodate around 90 people. The bright winter garden is particularly popular; it can seat around 50 to 60 people and is ideal for shared meals, meetings or social evenings. A small bar can be hired if required.
A multi-purpose room measuring around 80 m² offers a wide range of uses – whether for crafts, games, work or music-making. Table tennis, table football and a pool table provide further variety. The facilities are complemented by a ski and storage room as well as a separate drying room, ideal for sports and outdoor groups.

In summer, the Diemtigtal Nature Park reveals its particularly diverse and unspoilt side: Gentle alpine trails, scenic high-altitude hikes and quiet paths through flower-filled meadows and shady woods offer a wealth of opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Climbing enthusiasts will find well-equipped routes in an impressive rocky landscape, whilst cycling and mountain biking tours lead through the wide valley, across alpine pastures and along crystal-clear mountain streams.
As part of the Diemtigtal Nature Park, the region captivates visitors with its living traditions, unspoilt cultural landscape and a tranquillity that is hard to find elsewhere.
❄️Winter leisure activities
Whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, sledging or winter hiking – there’s something for everyone at the Wiriehorn. This family-friendly ski area offers 11.5 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, a modern 6-seater chairlift, four ski lifts and a Swiss Snow Kids Village for young snow sports enthusiasts.
A particular highlight is the approximately 5-kilometre-long sledge run, which guarantees fun and action. Sledges can be conveniently hired directly from Stucki Sport at the valley station.
Those wishing to enjoy the tranquillity of the winter landscape can explore the snow-covered Diemtigtal on the numerous winter walking and snowshoe trails. The picturesque route from Nüegg to Entschwil is particularly popular.
